We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer

Due to the personalised nature of our products, customised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

We will not publish full names, contact details, addresses, or other sensitive personal information without prior consent.

If you prefer that your order is not featured, please notify us in writing at the time of purchase.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
