Our Story: Craftsmanship Meets Creativity

Olmium is a small, family-run UK brand born from a passion for detail and the art of making things personal. Based in our workshop, we are a mother-and-son team — Lenka and Oliver — dedicated to turning everyday items into lasting memories.

Precision in Every Stitch 

At the core of Olmium is my love for high-quality embroidery. I’m Lenka, and I specialise in transforming premium ready-made products — from soft plush toys and cosy clothing to professional workwear — into bespoke, personalised gifts. Every name, message, and design is embroidered in-house with a focus on clean stitching and a flawless finish. For me, it’s not just about branding; it’s about the care behind every stitch, ensuring everyday pieces become meaningful, personal keepsakes.   

A Creative Partnership 

Olmium is a collaboration of craftsmanship and modern creativity. My son, Oliver, MA, brings his artistic expertise to the brand’s visual identity. As a professional filmmaker and winner of the Young Photographer of the Year award in Birmingham in 2017, Oliver shapes how Olmium is experienced online. He is behind our website design and creates the playful, heartwarming videos featuring our embroidered plush toys, adding a sense of movement and storytelling to our work.
