Risk of loss and responsibility for the goods remain with us until the order has been delivered to the delivery address specified at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a local depot, additional postage charges may apply for re-dispatch.
If your order is delayed or believed to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so that we may investigate with the courier.
